Today I've got a layout to share for Scrapbook Boutique 

"Hello"

I started this page with circles in my mind - inspired by this photo which I trimmed into a circle.

I've used the Project Life "Azure" collection.



I've simply cut some various size patterned papers - focusing on blues.
I've inked around the edges with black and mounted some with foam tape to help give the page dimension.

The background paper was a little busy for my liking, so I've added some white gesso to mute it.

Then using a Kaisercraft template and Distress Oxide "Fossilized Amber" I've added some coordinating colour to help separate the blue circles.
