Mystical Scrapbooks November Blind Scrap challenge layout

Today's share is something a little different for me.

I've been seeing "Blind Scraps" everywhere and when I saw that

Mystical Scrapbooks

had one as their November challenge I wanted to give it a go.

My Layout "Kitty Love"

I've used papers and embellishments from the Basic Grey Barista range.

You'll have to stop by Mystical Scrapbooks to check out the blind scrap details.

I'm going to have to give the "Blind Scrap" another chance as this time round I didn't love it.

I found the balance of instruction vs open to interpretation a bit challenging.

But I'm not giving up.

My Layout "Cupcake"

Here are some close ups:

My background is water colour pencils painted with water and
then texture paste over the top.

The challenge this month was to - I quote:

"Have a photo of your favourite men CHOWING down"

Of which I have dozens.

This photo is a special favorite due to the huge mess Master C has created

while enjoying his very first cupcake!

The new "Sail Away" collection is one of my favs and I love it for boy layouts.

Here's my take on the sketch.

and squeezed through a dropper.
