Today I'm sharing a new layout for Mystical Scrapbooks

I'm using the Uniquely Creative "Ocean Breeze" collection

I love when a collection is so fabulous that it makes creating so easy.

This was one of these layouts.

A quick look through the collection and inspiration hit.

I fussy cut the florals and chose this super cute photo of Master Z.

The only thing I added was a little bit of Gold splatter

I've designed this sketch for you to enjoy 

My inspiration is called "Favourite Spot"

How fantastic is this rainbow background paper?

Its Simple Stories "Hello Summer"

The needed to mute the bright background so I added some Acrylic paint

I've embellished with Simple Stories Embellishments

A gorgeous gold title to finish.

*** Mystical Scrapbooks DT *** December inspiration "Happy" Mixed Media 12x12 layout

Hi Crafters

Today I'm sharing a little bit of mixed media inspiration for Mystical Scrapbooks

I adore the Frosted Sugar Powder and wanted to explore some of it's uses.

So I decided to combine it with Multi Medium and  Colour Blast Shimmer Dust Peacock.

I trialled it through a stencil but couldn't get the desired effect so I ended up with a freestyle background.

I've teamed this with Fancy Pants paper and Fancy Pants tags

I like to have some form of border on my layouts so Washi tape was perfect for this.

To finish I added some Simple Stories Embellishments a bit of Gold splatter and some Sequins.

Today is my share for the December challenge at Mystical Scrapbooks

Here is my inspiration layout: "Documented"

My challenge for you this month is to use any form of "Splatters" on your layout.

I've used the gorgeous Simple Stories Life in Color Collection

I just love a wood grain paper.

The background is quite dark so I added some paste

To finish I've mixed white gesso with water and added lots of splatters.

*** Mystical Scrapbooks DT *** November Cybercrop challenge reveal - Teacher Gifts

   Hi Crafters

Welcome to November cybercrop challenge reveal for Mystical Scrapbooks..

I'd like to see you make a handmade gift or scrapbook a layout about a gift.

This month we are focusing on cards and gifts.

So I've created some teacher gifts for the end of the year.

I picked up these glass jars from my local discount store.

I'm filling them with a cylinder of paper - that holds an extra little surprise then filling the outside space with red & green Christmas m&m's

For the outside I've wrapped them with twine and added two sweet little tags.

Today I'm sharing a 12x12 layout for Mystical Scrapbooks

I'm gradually working my way through photos of my boy Zeus.

He was our first pet and lived with us for ten years, even before we had children.

Missing him so much and trying to record those memories hurts my heart but at the same time helps it heal a little more each day.

So today's share is titled "Saying Goodbye"

I've used the fabulous Simple Stories "Heart" collection

I just the combination of the teal and gold.

I've also used Alpha Stickers for my title and added a little bit of gold splatter.

My challenge is to make a Christmas Card and if you want an extra challenge - include some fussy cutting.

I'm definitely not a huge card maker.

But when I create cards I make them like layouts = layers & Clusters.
