I've been keeping this secret since December and am so 

excited to announce that I've joined the team at

Scrapbook Boutique.

I've always loved participating in their challenges so was

honoured when Evelyn asked if I'd join the team.

I've gotten a sneak peak of the challenges for this year and you're going to 

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!!

Kaisercraft January Sketch Challenge scrapbook layout using Time Machine collection "Brett"

So pleased to share a layout inspired by the sketch over on the

Kaisercraft blog.

My layout "Brett"

I've used the Time Machine collection and continued the theme of
using this really masculine collection for some of my male family members.

Jot Magazine January Moodboard challenge Scrapbook layout

Today I'm sharing a layout created using the

Jot Magazine moodboard as inspiration.

My layout "Memories"

I've used a lovely shimmery watercolour paint on the background and
some Kaisercraft turquoise mist.

I've used the lovely kraft, coffee and white colours with a touch of turquoise on this layout.

I also loved the burlap inspiration so I've added a few little touches of that too.

This was fun to complete and I'm really pleased with the result.

Today I'm sharing a layout created using the Just Add Paper (JAP) kit

and sketch challenge over at

"Hello Handsome"

The theme is "Hey, good lookin"

I took my inspiration from the grey chevron (who doesn't love chevron???)

and the colours!

With a house full of boys I was super excited to see this challenge.

So glad I subscribed to the kit's last year.

They really are so full of delishisness!

It's such a pleasure to stop by today and share a layout I created inspired by the

January challenge at Scrap the Boys

My layout "#happy"

Absolutely loved this colour combination.
I think purple is a great shade for something different on a boys page.

I took inspiration from the colours, texture of the stars, lines of the bamboo
and the grungy look of the door.

Really pleased with the outcome of this layout.

"You Colour my world"

I'm going to admit, I really struggled with this board initially.

Once I moved past the vintage feel, I was able to pull out the blue, red and yellow

colours and work out that I wanted to theme my layout about "A Colourful life"!

White with 1 January scrapbook layout

So pleased to bring you a layout inspired by the January challenge at

White with 1

My layout:

It's been awhile since I played at White with 1 because 

I struggle to create a page with only one main colour.

For this layout I've used gelato, acrylic paint, spray mist, a Charms Creations
DIY star and a Flutterby Designs flair mixed in with some other items from my stash.

When I saw the January "Treetops" colour I knew I wanted to do it. 

I've been digging through my "unscrapped" photos and discovered this one of Master C

at just two days old and  knew it would be perfect.
