Today I'm sharing a layout for

Mystical Scrapbooks.

This layout features:

Uniquely Creative - True North Collection &

Cocoa Vanilla Studio Title

It took a little while for me to finish this layout because I couldn't decide what I needed in the background.

I put it aside for a couple of days and while cutting some other cut files I decided the star was the perfection addition.

Hello Crafty Friends

Today I'm sharing my Cybercrop challenge for Mystical Scrapbooks inspired by the fabulous "Inkie Quill"

I've used the Kaisercraft Christmas Edition Paper pad and created a non-Christmas layout.

I started with a glitter cardstock background and mixed texture paste with distress ink then added the paste through the script stencil.

A washi tape border and some embellishing with Rhinestones and Flowers.

Scrap the Boys July Challenge - "Hello Blue" scrapbook Layout

Today I'm sharing a layout created for the July challenge over at

Scrap the Boys

This months inspiration was a fabulous moodboard.

I started with some pink project life cards and once I'd built some layers I added some blue distress ink to the background.

I found the cute "Hello" title from my stash and used the title "Hello Blue" because Master Cooper is mad about Jurassic World, Veloceraptor "Blue" - hence the puzzle in the photos.

Just a couple of embellishments to finish this fabulous colour scheme.

Welcome to July 1st.

My first share this month is some happy news ...

For the month of July we are inspiring you to play along with the "Christmas in July" theme.

Don't panic though if you have nothing that fits the theme ...

Below I'm going to share some inspiration of how you could play along this month.

Here's an inspiration board.

From this board you could be inspired by:

- Red, green, gold or silver

- Words: Presents, Fun, Family, Peace

- Groups of 4

- A grid type layout

- paint background

I've used the grid style and chosen Gold as my main colour.

I've used the Kaisercraft Christmas Edition 6x6 paper pad, teamed with some Gold foil and a little bit of red bling.

One of my favourite techniques at the moment is stitching and I love to leave the cotton threads hanging, I love the texture it adds.
