*** Mystical Scrapbooks DT *** December inspiration "Happy" Mixed Media 12x12 layout

Hi Crafters

Today I'm sharing a little bit of mixed media inspiration for Mystical Scrapbooks

I adore the Frosted Sugar Powder and wanted to explore some of it's uses.

So I decided to combine it with Multi Medium and  Colour Blast Shimmer Dust Peacock.

I trialled it through a stencil but couldn't get the desired effect so I ended up with a freestyle background.

I've teamed this with Fancy Pants paper and Fancy Pants tags

I like to have some form of border on my layouts so Washi tape was perfect for this.

To finish I added some Simple Stories Embellishments a bit of Gold splatter and some Sequins.

I'm sure like me, most of you have a huge stash of washi tape. Well this layout uses washi tape and paper to create a banner.

Today I've got a layout to share for Scrapbook Boutique 

"Hello Yum"

I absolutely adore the bright colours in this collection.
It's easy to enjoy scrapbooking when the elements your working with make it easy to create.



The collection kit comes with the great die cut ephemera and tags.

To add a little extra "Sunshine" to my page I've added Colour Blast paste.

You'll find lots of fabulous goodies in store at

The only thing that wasn't part of the collection kit was the title.



I've used the Silhouette Cameo to cut my own title x 3.
Adhered them on top of each other for a chipboard effect.
Then coloured them in an ombre effect with the Tim Holtz Distress Crayons.

Today I'm sharing a layout for A2Z Scraplets

My layout "Summer's Here"

This adorable collection is "Hello Sunshine" from Fancy Pants Designs.

Perfect for the
Summer's Here word

I've given it a coat of gesso and then coloured it with the Tim Holtz Distress Crayons.

I printed my photo in 5x7 and then overlayed with the
Arrows in a circle frame
coated with Colour Blast embossing powder in "Apple of my eye"

I've used the packaging technique on the background with Colour Blast sprays and used the bright die cut ephemera from the collection to accent the papers.

Seriously love this bright fun collection especially teamed with my favourite A2Z Chipboard.
