--- White with 1 CT --- June challenge reveal "Happy Days" Scrapbook Layout

Hi Scrap Friends

Today I'm sharing my inspiration layout for the June challenge over at
White ... with 1

"Happy Days"

This month our challenge colour is pretty open to interpretation.

I adore this months sketch but decided to swap it a little.
Instead of three photos I chose one and used patterned papers for the photo area.

Image may contain: text

Lots of stash busting for this layout.
I find at the moment, I'm very drawn to less mixed media and more paper based layouts.
This page features a little bit of black ink splatter but is otherwise just layers and embellishments.

Thanks for visiting.

Happy Scrapping.

Scrapping Clearly Sketch Challenge - November layout

Hi Scrap Friends

Don't you just love the warmer weather and longer days?
Feels like there are more hours to spend scrapbooking!

Today I'm pleased to share a layout I created using the
November inspirations sketch.

My Layout "Shake"

Here is the inspiration sketch.

Straight away I was inspired by the circle and wanted to incorporate them into my layout!
I've created this layout by using watercolours on the background
and then layering my embellishments around the photos!

Thanks for visiting.

Mystical Scrapbooks October Challenge - "Fun" scrapbook layout

Hello Scrap Friends

I challenged myself this month to particpate in some online challenges that
were not my normal favs.
I'm branching out!

Here's my first layout.

"Fun"

It's inspired by the challenge over at

This month they have a great game of tic, tac, toe.
I chose to use paint, doily and buttons.

I'm really pleased with the layout and am loving the
Kaisercraft Touch of Gold range!

Thanks for visiting.

Scrapping Clearly August Layout "Brotherly Love"

Hi Scrap Friends

I'm sharing a layout I've created for Scrapping Clearly Blog.

I love that they have a sketch AND moodboard challenge every month!
So much inspiration.

Here's my sketch challenge layout

"Brotherly Love"

Here's some close ups:

This is Scrapping Clearly's inspiration sketch.

I've gone with the landscape photo, circular elements and title position -
simply moving it all to the right.

Thanks for visiting.

Scrap the Boys July moodboard scrapbook Layout

Today's post finds me hiding from my twins in my craft space.

Here's a layout inspired by Scrap the Boys July Moodboard.

I was inspired by the orange, yellow and watermelon colours.

Not one of my favourite layouts but I'm trying new things and learning as I go.

Thanks for visiting.

White with 1 - February Scrapbook layout "Dream Big"

I love when the start of the month falls on a weekend so that when the scrapbooking challenges are released, I can get straight into my scrap room and start crafting.

Visit White with 1 here http://whitewith1.blogspot.com.au/

My layout "Dream Big"

As soon as I saw the colour, I had two ideas. One was to do an ombre colour background with spray and the other was to make it the background and overlay with a cutout.

This pic also shows the sparkly embossing that's also under the overlay.

Materials for this project:
White cardstock, Jo Sonja's "Orange", embossing ink and powder, orange cardstock, white and orange felt floral runner, Kaisercraft Dream Big collectables, Flourish with a Bling flower, Kaisercraft flower, buttons, ribbon

Off the Rails December Mood Board "Around the Tree"

I wouldn't describe myself as a Christmas traditionalist but I found the December mood board at Off the Rails scrapbooking so pretty, I just had to put a page together.

You can check out their blog here:  http://offtherailsscrapbooking.blogspot.com.au/

"Around the Tree"

This is actually a scraplifted layout from my new favourite addiction - Pinterest!!!!
(I know, I know, I'm a little slower than everyone else)

I must admit, I'm still not a fan of the hand journalling thing, but it's growing on me and I'm getting much better at just going with it!

Materials:

Red Cardstock, Various patterened papers, white cardstock, Kaisercraft "North Pole" Collectables, buttons, twine, brads, vellum, green cardstock, rhinestones and gold tape
