Artastic Challenge Blog - Scrapbook Layout march challenge "Lovely"

Hi Scrap Friends

Sneeking in another layout for the month.
This time for the 

My Layout "Lovely"

Inspired by this piece, with the requirement to use stencils!

MARCH inspiration is An image of November by William Rose

My initial reaction was to create 8.5x11 - landscape like the inspiration image.
I hand drew stripes on my background with Distress Crayons and then stenciled and applied paste and ink splatters.


The pops of blue and yellow, helped me choose some paper layers.

Final touches are some stickers, title and a little cotton for texture.


The page turned out quite literal but I like the almost monochrome feel to it.
